At the heart of this in-flight safety film is a really clever connection. On medium to long haul flights, the majority of people occupy themselves by watching films on the screen in front of them so this short spoofing a number of different film genre is an excellent vehicle for giving passengers the important information they must know before takeoff. It is slightly odd that the depicted aircraft does not have screens but DAVID has checked, and Tui's aircraft very often have in-flight entertainment so it's not a complete boo-boo. Director Alicia MacDonald keeps the action and the laughs coming throughout and, importantly, we strongly suspect that of all the in-flight films we've seen, this is the one most likely to lodge the important information into the memories of the passengers.
