Irish grocery chain SuperValu are super worried about how Ireland eats dinner. The brand liked it when people ate together at the table, not in separate rooms or distracted by smartphones. DAVID feared a "back in our day" rant at this point, but director Fern Berresford is better than that. Instead, she turn the tables and show what quality time at dinner looks like in a, erm, roundabout way. As soon as a boy learns that broccoli puts hair on your chest, a whip pan takes us to another house, another table, and another palette. The more Berresford and DP Luke Jacobs pull it off, the more SuperValu’s all food for all tastes approach resonates.
