In this gamified commercial for Samsung Health, a couple have forty-two days to get in shape for a surf trip to Fiji. Edge-of-your-seat stuff, we know, but bear with us. When the two realise they can make a competition of it, they do whatever it takes to earn the best Energy Score—Samsung's hundred-point scale of health and wellbeing.

All that matters for the next forty-two days is diet, sleep, and exercise; conversation is permitted, but not encouraged. That’s why when her partner goes six points clear, she wakes up early and leaves a sticky note that says "Bye!" on the pillow. It's hard to know who to root for, to be honest, but we can cheer for the weather that greets them in Fiji.
