House 337's 'Made in the Royal Navy’ campaign rolls on with a 30" spot directed by Greg Hackett. The protagonist may not have joined the Royal Navy to make friends, but he sure takes full advantage of it. When the work is done, he and his shipmates (like regular mates, but on a ship) do tug of war and play beach rugby.

We doubt he was Billy No-Mates in his hometown of Basildon, but life on the HMS Trent seems to have done him a world of good nonetheless. He calls it home in the end—a place where he belongs, wherever the offshore patrol vessel goes. Life at sea is not all fun and games, of course, but that can wait for another recruitment ad.
