O2

Vampire Weekend provide the soundtrack to this European odyssey for O2. 'Capricorn' reflects on the passage of time, with lyrics like: "Too old for dyin' young, too young to live alone/Sifting through centuries, for moments of your own." If Bubl the robot chose it, he's got more emotional layers than we thought.

Rejected by the Blue Man Group but embraced by the advertised network provider, Bubl joins a family on holiday in Greece and Italy. It's good to see the latter in full colour after eight episodes of 'Ripley', with directors thirtytwo and DP Magnus Jønck on top form in Southern Europe.

We doubt Bubl has ever looked better than he does here, helped by Simone Grattarola's hazy, naturalistic grade. He becomes part of the world as a result, and strengthens the idea that O2 should be part of holidaymakers' plans this summer.
