To me, to you. | |

A power forward like Jayson Tatum always wants to be the big dog. That takes practice, so the Boston Celtics man plonks himself just beyond the three-point line and makes shot after shot after shot. When he misses a basket, the ball winds up at the feet of a kid ready to show Tatum how it's done. Sometimes, it's best to go back to basics. Directors Pantera (Brian Kazez, Pato Martinez, and Francisco Canton) lean into this mantra with a stripped-back execution. The music is low-key for good reason—the squeaks of basketball shoes on the court and the thuds of rubber on maple are what count. It just adds to the purity of this one-on-one contest, as Tatum learns it not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.
