The apple has fallen far from the money tree in this Nationwide spot. We knew the boss of ANY Bank (Dominic West) was divorced, but we never knew he was a father until now. His daughter's come to visit, so she gets to see her dad's Roman portrait in the flesh. Forget 'Sunflowers' or 'The Mona Lisa'—this is art with a capital A.

He feels more like a chump than an emperor when he learns his daughter uses Nationwide instead of ANY Bank. The former are owned by members, after all—shareholders run the latter, with a modern-day Caligula in charge. Plus, his ex-wife's yoga teacher boyfriend has relegated him to 'other dad' status.

The back-and-forth between father and daughter has an old-school sitcom vibe, for better or worse. Sunil Patel has less to do this time around as the put-upon assistant, but he has been promoted from muffin man to mist man, at least.
