This Lawrence Hart promo is a bit of a blur in the best way possible. Directed by Dave East, the film starts on a beach where the protagonist (played by the brilliantly named Bjorn Cupido) is alone with his thoughts. When 'Hear Ur Heartbeat' kicks into gear with its pitch-shifted vocals, euphoric synths, and house-proud beat, it's time to get a shift on.

When he reaches the city like a dervish in baggy clothes, he enters a club which straddles our world and another heightened plane of existence. The idea is that Hart's track makes people feel like they're on the beach, in the club, and able to defy gravity at the same time. At the very least, it bodes well for his debut solo album.
