How the West was worn.
by Andrew MacGregor

More alternate history from Hanes as the brand claim 1901 was the year of the Great Softening. The Wild West is all but over, but the occasional outlaw still wanders into town. When the wanted man enters a saloon, it's only a matter of time before shit goes down, right? Not in any history book written by Hanes.

Rather than a shot of whiskey, the barman presents a pair of boxer briefs—the exact moment when the American frontier got comfy. The party that ensues would make Clint Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef, and John Wayne balk, but maybe it's alright for characters to wear drawers rather than draw weapons for once.
