Like Jim Jarmusch's acid Western, 'Paris' is shot in black and white, but filmed in Spain's Tabernas Desert like a Spaghetti Western. If Black and DP Rowan Biddiscombe wanted to celebrate the genre, they've done a pretty good job.

On top of that, lead singer Andy Balcon sounds like Clint Eastwood at karaoke. His deep, gritty voice and the band's muscular instrumentation help the song gallop through the desert, and reach a place where Black's characters may not come back from.
