Cat Burns
'End Game'
14 May 2024 2 mins 27s

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. That's why Cat Burns has teamed up with Libby Burke Wilde for another music video. Their last collaboration, 'Alone', took place on Craven Park Road in Harlesden, with only a few late-night pedestrians for company. 'End Game' by contrast, is set in a packed nightclub with a couple of notable revellers.

In another music video, India Amarteifio ('Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story') and Samuel Bottomley ('Somewhere Boy') would take centre stage. Here, they orbit Burns—the true, magnetic focus of Burke Wilde's camera.

Burns is in no mood to dance though. She moves through the crowd, oblivious to the beat that makes them come alive. All she can think about is a relationship on life support: "I shouldn't have to tell you a thousand times how to love me, I've tried/And it shouldn't have to take you making me cry, for you to realise."
