Method in the mouthful. | |

When Gary Oldman guest-starred on 'Friends', his character, Richard Crosby, claimed that real actors spit on each other. This ad for Canal+ says real actors stay in character between takes. If that means Oldman has to eat like his 'Slow Horses' character, Jackson Lamb, so be it. Sure enough, when left to his own devices next to the buffet, Oldman stuffs chocolate bars, pork pies, bags of crisps, and more into his pockets like evidence. He then spies a mountain of doughnuts pure as the driven snow, but not before he's spotted by Louise Bourgoin of 'Hippocrate' fame. Bourgoin plays Chloé Antovska, an anaesthesia intern, so her character's professional advice is for Oldman/Lamb to eat more apples. He reacts like you'd expect, but this is still a, erm, fruitful crossover that demonstrates the strength of Canal+'s line-up.
