Many a Megan.
by Andrew MacGregor

Viewers get several Megan Thee Stallions for the price of one in this Amazon Prime spot—or should that be several Megan Thees? Inspired by the range of products available, the Texas rap star considers what other personas she could adopt.

Directors Dave Myers and Mia Barnes run with the concept for two minutes—just enough time for Stallion to become Megan Thee Cosplayer (a nod to her love of 'My Hero Academia' and 'JoJo's Bizarre Adventure'), Megan Thee Daredevil, Megan Thee Chef, and more. The way she brings the kitchen to heel is spot-on.

The soundtrack adds further value to the work, as whoever and whatever Stallion becomes, she is still a rapper on top form. Choice lyrics include "If you a hot gamer girl then we got what you need/Like a thingie thing that connect the two PCs" and "Today I'm the chef, tomorrow I'm a bunny/Put me on a hundred cause I look like money".

Even if purchases are trivial rather than transformative, viewers are still invited to boss it like MTS on 16-17 July. Just watch out for dragons.
