This is one of a pair of new commercials for Subway which suggest that there is a clear dividing line between the two types of customer that visit their stores. A young woman is literally horrified by her friend's reluctance to take control of his lunch. His relaxed attitude contrasts with her own control freakery, and she is unable to cope with his laissez-faire approach. The aim here is to remind punters that either approach works, and you can either adopt a high degree of specificity when ordering at their outputs, or, with equal confidence, choose from a set menu.
