House party advocates Strongbow raise a can to those who take fancy dress more seriously than others. Some are happy to stick on a wig or an eyepatch and say "Bob's your uncle", but not the cast of this 30" commercial. Whether it's a solo project or a team effort, they aim for maximum impact even space is minimal. Some of the standouts include a three-person tin of sardines, a washing machine, and a gingerbread man (that's a bloke with ginger hair who's stuck bread to his T-shirt). They get a blast of Montell Jordan's 'This Is How We Do It' for their endeavour, as well as five varieties of Strongbow to spill over their costumes. Though one expects the brand to return to pubs and beer gardens sooner or later, this ad suggests they're just as happy at home. Perhaps the younger end of the market feels the same as the cost of a night out soars.
