Crypto's comeback? | |
by Andrew MacGregor | |
|
Despite incessant stories about scams, bribes, and general skulduggery, Olliv say that the real problem with cryptocurrency is the personalities involved. Brogrammers, early adopters, and conceited investors put off newcomers, the brand claim, so they want to make the market more welcoming to normal people. Director Béatrice Pégard has fun with the rogues gallery concocted by agency Quality Meats. The main villain is a silver-haired cad who, since cryptocurrency is crystal clear, owns several islands named after normal people like Deborah. This may not change cryptocurrency's fortunes overnight, but it suggests there are some positives to be found in this sector.
