This Nike commercial is a strong calling card for director Stanley Brock, last seen on the lash in a Chase & Status promo. When a parking attendant (Seapa Mustafa) targets both a horse rider and a cyclist in north-west London, the ad goes into 'Maxxed Out' mode, complete with a jungle soundtrack and a go anywhere attitude The result dares viewers to keep up with the intrepid cast—when they do slow down, it's to show off the advertised trainers. Brock and DP Fraser Rigg how to make said shoes stand out, like when a woman leans out of one car window and her legs stretch out of another, lit by the blue-and-pink city lights. Sixty seconds goes by in a flash, but it's too much for the boy who says: "This is long, man, I'm going home." He may roam like the best of them one day, but this ad is for those ready to walk, run, dance, and ride all night.
