This intriguing promo for Master Peace's 'Brussels' follows the artist as he tries to compensate for his companion's bad behaviour. There's an uncanny emotional tone established from the jump, as the pair traipse around city streets while causing small moments of havoc for passers-by. She gets to have all the (dubious) fun, while he's left picking up the pieces and dodging angry residents. Director Freddie Cattaneo's icy visuals match the track's alt-rock vibes, with Peace's sharp vocals and spiky sound bearing the heavy influence of Bloc Party's early work. Cool and cruel in equal measure, the narrative acts as a cautionary tale for those who get caught up in the party and petty crime lifestyle in an effort to fit in with their peers.
