Slip sliding away | |

This wonderful slice of nonsense features Korean acapella band Maytree as themselves, apparently relaxing after shooting a commercial. One of them is playing the advertised game, and begins an uncanny impersonation of its strange blips and beeps. She's joined by other members of the band and soon they are offering a full rendition of the game's music. So far, so surreal.... but what really brings this to life is the visual aspect as the band member playing the game is lifted gently off the ground and begins to slide around the studio's walls and ceiling. The motion - neatly crafted by director Tomas Mankovsky - makes it looks as though she is the plaything of a mischievous child holding a giant magnet. It's a diverting piece of lovely silliness and it really caught DAVID's attention when he spotted it on BT Sport the other night, and that's what ads should do.
