In their latest ad, launched on World Blood Donor Day, Scotblood features real life donors from all around Scotland. The group made up of ordinary looking people of all different ages and backgrounds including football players, wild swimmers, family members and even Steve from the chippie march down the street united.

It all feels very normal until we’re reminded of the incredible and life changing affect that giving blood can have. The poignant message at the end is simple but it hits home, giving blood saves lives.
