Luca Wilding's new single 'Song of Carmen' cushions the blow that is autumn somewhat, with its stirring vocals and folktronica vibe easing viewers into the season. It bodes well for Wilding's 'Book of Fate' EP, and is matched by an evocative promo courtesy of director Stuart Langfield ('The Space Between Us', 'We Shall Not Return'). Shot on the west coast of Scotland, the film depicts a 'stand-off' between a motorist and a woman who dances in front of her car. The relationship between the two protagonists is unclear, but it's a connection nonetheless - one lit by headlights under the sky at dusk. There are worse places to park in the world, we reckon.
