This celebration of 'jogging' cleverly makes use of archive footage and a vintage voice-over to make its point about the universality of going for a run. Director Beej Harris and his team have compiled the old and the new in a very cool fashion, and, we suspect they've done it without burning a hole in anyone's pocket.
