'Qatar Human Rights Sticker Album'
24 November 2022 3 mins 11s
Sticky situation.
by Andrew MacGregor

Already completed the official World Cup sticker album (and spent almost £900 in the process)? Then #BoycottQatar have just the thing: Panano's Dead Migrant Worker Edition, complete with "all your favourite teams of migrants from all over Asia and Africa".

The macabre sticker album, conceived by Greg Barth and Rodrigo Penalosa, also features bent officials, human rights violations, and numerous causes of deaths. Keep your eyes peeled for a coveted road accident shiny.

Barth and Penasola also co-direct the 'launch ad', which takes the piss out of family-friendly commercials and collectibles. The mum almost confronts the true horror of the situation, but—much to Fifa's relief, no doubt—she and the family decide to focus on the football.
