ELEANOR UK WELCOMES ARIEL DANZINGER
2 October 2024

Much to the delight of Eleanor's Sophie Gold and her newly-installed London MD Kate Elson, the company has added Ariel Danzinger to its roster of directors. According to Elson: Danzinger's "beautiful storytelling voice is sure to resonate with his new UK audience."

This ad for Mayenda Tequila is a kinetic tour de force which is playfully violent in its depiction of the special treatment meted out on the agave used to make the advertised product. Director Danzinger uses an array of clever visual tricker to make and emphasise the idea that Mayenda is special stuff, and lands the idea spectacularly well.

The moving short film 'Letter to Rosie' provides Danzinger with a showcase to flex different muscles as he creates a sensitive portrayal of a young man recognising the sacrifices made on his behalf when he was a child, and wanting to express his gratitude even though it may be too late.

"You have to buy the home when your wife gives birth into it," according to one of the two narrators of this entertaining spot for the First Hawaiian Bank. He and his wife take turns to describe how they were trying to secure a mortgage for a house they were viewing when she was heavily pregnant, and the events that then unfold left them feeling obliged to purchase it. This comic premise is handled breezily by Danzinger and delivered with a fitting quirkiness.

Ariel Danzinger waxes lyrically about being part of Eleanor UK: "New experiences fuel my passion and creativity like nothing else. They are the heartbeat of our stories and our lives. That’s what excites me most about joining Eleanor."

For more on Ariel Danzinger or just to invite yourself over for a cup of tea at Eleanor's plush Soho office, contact Kate Elson on 07970 943464 or using email via kate@eleanor.co.
