ALEX O'BRIEN MAKES THE GRADE AT OKAYSTUDIO.

OkayStudio have a new Junior Colourist in the form of Alex O'Brien. Since graduating from the University of Lincoln in 2014, O'Brien has enjoyed rewarding stints at companies like The Mill, Company3, and Black Kite Studios. So, what made O'Brien feel Okay?

"As soon as I met Nikolaj and Josh earlier this year, I knew I wanted to work with OkayStudio. What really stood out to me during our initial conversations were the ethos and passion within the studio and obviously the work they're putting out is excellent. I'm really looking forward to working closely with Ruth Wardell, and continuing to develop as a colourist."

They're also keen to repay the faith shown in them by executive producer Josh Sanders: "We are highly selective when bringing new talent into the team and it's testament to Alex's ability as a colourist that he fell onto our collective radar. With our demand and client base growing, we needed someone hungry and ready to make a name for themselves."

Founder and managing director Nikolaj Belzer shares this enthusiasm: "We knew there was an immense amount of talent, great taste, and superb technical knowledge but upon meeting Alex it became clear that comes with a personality beaming with curiosity, a hugely creative mind and an incredible work ethic.
