DLMDD OPEN NEW PRODUCTION DIVISION.
3 March 2020

When DLMDD opened its doors last year, it swiftly established itself as a company with excellent insights into the burgeoning world of sonic identity. With an increasing number of consumers bypassing their keyboards and their screens and relying on audio interaction alone to access the Internet, brands are starting to recognise the importance of a strong sonic identity.

As well as catering to this new marketing frontier, DLMDD have now established a new specialist production division – DLMDD Productions which is designed to cater to a demand for other music production projects.

The new division will build upon work which has already been delivered for a number of key advertising agencies and clients.

Co-founder Sascha Darroch-Davies says: "We’re a year into the DLMDD journey and more certain than ever that music and sound offer brands and marketeers a unique and special kind of magic to reach their audiences with. We’re working with some extremely exciting clients who recognise this and 2020 sees the launch of ground-breaking activations from them. We’re also seeing increasing demand from our friends in ad-land who want to harness music’s power to connect, engage and inspire. Our new production division is designed to give agency creatives and producers a unique and collaborative way of working, not only with us but with our talent network - some of the foremost musicians, artists, producers and composers globally. It’s an ethos and way of working which we believe will be a real industry first."

In case you're wondering how DLMDD got its name, we're here to tell you that it's not the company's turnover expressed in Roman numerals as you might suppose, but an old-fashioned amalgam of the co-founders' initials. Watch the video for an entertaining summary of how this came to be.

For more on DLMDD, you can contact Sascha on 020 3886 0975 and he'll tell you all about what they can do for you.
