 Director Bennett Johnson says Ben and Heather Link are "a bit of a dream team" as he joins Missing Link Films for UK representation. Not only does he get a new cap, but he also gets to work with two whip-smart producers. |

Johnson, who was born in London and now lives in Brooklyn, New York, says: "I'm absolutely thrilled to be teaming up with Missing Link Films back in Blighty. I can't wait to soak up Ben's wisdom from working with the world's top directors and tap into Heather's savvy and market know-how in the UK."
And what does Ben have to say about Johnson's arrival? "Having had the privilege of working with top directors across my career, I can already see Bennett's star quality and talent, and hold him in the same regard. Welcome to the family." Thanks to Johnson, everyone at Missing Link knows how many different types of bedhead there are. This spot focuses our attention on the Deluxe Cowlick, the High Voltage, the Tufted Warbler, the Oklahoma Twister, and the Snor'easter—all the result of a good night's sleep. Shot like an infomercial on cable TV, the ad lives up to the brand name and takes place in a no-frills storeroom, which makes the tousled hair design stand out even more. Coupled with a script that talks of "mattress experts" and "scientific data" (not the most popular data in some parts), it's a solid addition to this drowsy but competitive sector.
