Twenty-one-year-old director Stanley Brock is already a well-travelled bloke after a stint in Amman, Jordan, where he volunteered at the famous 7Hills Skatepark. Now back in the UK, Brock has rolled into My Accomplice for representation.
His reel includes commercials, music videos, and documentaries, as well as a cameo in Skepta's Bullet From a Gun promo. If that wasn't enough, Brock is one half of Jonah & Stan—a comedy duo who explore London youth culture and direct Mercury Prize winners Wolf Alice on occasion.
Such eclectic work leads My Accomplice to say: "Stan has a passion for finding unique perspectives that focus on the extraordinary in the ordinary. With his interests spanning film, photography and youth culture, he exploits a wide range of media to celebrate his unique perspective on everyday life."
His street cred is also sky-high thanks to his recent promo for Duke & Jones. Brock amplifies Jiggle Jiggle's cringe-cool nature through witty production design, then treats Chicken Shop Date fans to a reunion between Amelia Dimoldenberg and Louis Theroux. No wonder My Accomplice ordered themselves a portion.
