LAURA BORGIO HEADS FOR DARK ENERGY.

Dark Energy have signed Italian-born director Laura Borgio to their commercial roster. The company say Borgio "always brings a knowledgable, collaborative, and elevating energy to each project", and few appreciate that more than executive producer Anna Allgrove.

"Having worked with Laura on freelance projects, it was obvious what a talent she is," Allgrove says. "Not only is she an exceptionally gifted director but she commits with such enthusiasm and dedication to everything she turns her hand to. She's a great addition to the Dark Energy roster."



Over the years, Borgio has directed commercials imbued with comedy, drama, and high-quality VFX, with many other strings to her bow. Such flexibility makes her a shrewd addition to Allgrove and Matt Brown's team.
