ANDY SAUNDERS PLUMPS FOR BITE COLLECTIVE.

Bite Collective have added seasoned director Andy Saunders to their ranks. As well as a close friend of Sooty and Sweep, Saunders is one of the industry's in-demand food directors.

"We are delighted that Andy has decided to join us," Katz says. His hands-on and collaborative approach means he will always get the most out of a project, whether it's tabletop, performance-led or technically challenging, so we look forward to working with him".



As for Saunders, he's well aware of Bite's robust reputation: "If you're looking for the most passionate 'foodies' out there, then surely Bite takes top honours. To now be part of their roster of directors is a pretty exciting opportunity for me and I'm really looking forward to working with them."

Expect more annoucements from Bite Collective as they approach their first anniversary. For now, check out Saunders's ode to the humble potato called, well, The Potato Project. Those who develop an insatiable desire for carbs after 45" know who to blame.
