SNAPPER FILMS WELCOME ELLIE HEYDON.
12 July 2022

Snapper Films reckon they've signed a "ray of sunshine"—not the kind that burns your skin off, but actor and director Ellie Heydon. A prolific maker of short films and comedy sketches, Heydon joins off the back of Pragma—a Tribeca Film Festival number about love and algorithms.

Directed by Heydon and written by Lucy Heath, the film centres on a Postgraduate Partnering Programme that teaches participants to "stand in love, rather than fall in it". As the trailer below demonstrates, this is a far more intense process than a couple of drinks or a walk in the park.

She now has the opportunity to show what she can do in the branded content realm, and it'll certainly be interesting to see what happens next. Fortunately, she has Snapper managing director Helen Hadfield in her corner.

"Ellie Heydon is an irresistible talent, whip-smart, very funny, an acute observer and fantastic company," Hadfield says. "She is a rapidly rising phoenix in a highly competitive marketplace. She loves what she does and it shows. And we love her for it!"

To discuss Ellie Heydon further, email Helen Hadfield via helen@snapperfilms.tv or call 07770 584 908.
