TINY BULLET JOINS ARTS & SCIENCES LONDON |
|
5 August 2024 |
|
Tiny Bullet, already represented by Arts & Sciences in the US, has now joined their London roster as well. Tiny, who also answers to the name 'Tina', has forged a reputation as a storyteller with a flair for comedy, as well as having a superb eye when it comes to executing scripts that require a heightened aesthetic. Or, to put it another way, she's got it all. |
This superb ad for Gas Networks Ireland became something of a cult hit on DAVID REVIEWS after we issued it with five stars at the end of April. It's a piece of work which fully demonstrates Tiny Bullet's commitment because, as the team that wrote the script would be first to acknowledge, its success is massively dependent on the way it's been executed, and that has everything to do with the woman at the helm.
This ad for QuickBooks is another showcase for Tiny Bullet's ability to make the most of a script's comedic opportunities. The absurdity is beautifully amplified as Bouidca pops by to check in with her accountants in the midst of her campaign to defeat the Roman Empire. What most impresses here is that the level of engagement is a match for the humour... this is an ad that will lodge the advertised service in the minds of the target audience, and forge an affectionate connection between the two. James Bland is typically eloquent in his praise of a director he knows very well: "We've admired Tiny’s work since she first came on the scene in London, and I soon approached her about joining Arts & Sciences in the US. Since then, we have become good friends as I got to watch her grow as a director. "Tina's character and personality come through everything she does. She has a truly unique voice and talent. It's an incredible honour to bring her into the London side of A&S and be a part of her journey going forward."
