Remember when Fifa's president, Gianni Infantino, said that women should "pick the right battles" in the fight for equal pay? That's easy for Infantino to say when he was re-elected unopposed for another four years in charge.

The likes of creative agency Dark Horses and Lewes Football Club CEO Maggie Murphy want change (and not the small kind). That's why they hired Twise.ai to create Hope Sogni—the first-ever female candidate for Fifa president. For context, there have been nine men in the role since 1904—one of whom was Sepp 'Short Shorts' Blatter.

Sogni's first 'address' is a trip through the uncanny valley, but one with good intentions ("FIFA must hold up its own mirror and decide whether what they see looking back is in fact a beautiful game"). Fans can also chat with Hope at Twise.ai's website—let's face it, even a chatbot is better company than Infantino!
