HARRY DEADMAN LIVES AT COMPULSORY.

Director and photographer Harry Deadman has joined COMPULSORY for global representation. Don't let the macabre surname fool you—Deadman's a friendly bloke who injects plenty of colour and humour into his films, i.e., 'Step Aboard' for Kodak.

The Technicolour film sees five people wait for a bus which may or may not exist. Public transport is stressful enough these days without abuse from an invisible bus driver or a Yankee tourist who wants to do some "rigorous rambling", and it makes you want to see Deadman's take on the current rail crisis.



In the meantime, Deadman says: "I'm so, so excited to be joining the COMPULSORY family! Since moving to London from Australia, I have been closely following various director’s on their roster. I absolutely adore their focus on vibrant visuals and unique ways of storytelling.

"Working alongside COMPULSORY on the Hendrick's 'Cucumber Chronicles' film was incredible as it felt like old friends reuniting. It just felt right. Having been independent for several years, I felt so comfortable with everyone and couldn't help but think … well I guess, think "Simon Pegg 'cheers' meme". It's a vibe."
