CAPITAL NEWS AS PARK PICTURES SIGN IGGY LONDON.

Writer and director Iggy London has joined Park Pictures for UK representation. The move coincides with the launch of Built for the Bold for Timberland, London's first global campaign and a clear statement of intent.

Narrated by Mary J Blige, the aspirational film also stars 2021 Mercury Prize winner Arlo Parks and rapper IDK—a strong cast for the biggest commercial of his career so far. As you can see, London rises to the occasion with a punchy, aspirational montage that claims boots are made for walking tall.



Suffice it to say, managing director Fran Thompson has an extra skip in her step: "We are so thrilled to welcome Iggy in this new chapter for Park Pictures." She also shares London's desire to "create work that is deeply evocative and powerful", which bodes well for clients and viewers alike.

Before he gets to work on his debut film, what does London think of his new home? "Park Pictures have always been at the forefront of excellence, so I'm excited to be joining the family and to create work that breaks boundaries—to break the barriers of what we currently see on our screens."
