DUNCAN CHRISTIE ARRIVES AT MISSING LINK FILMS.

Missing Link Films call Duncan Christie "a wonderful talent" who crafts "beautiful human stories" for the screen. MD Ben Link adds: "I've been a fan of his work for some time and we're super chuffed to have him join us."

Link also points to the "deft and sensitive touch" that's led to commercials like this one for Denny. Ads about new mums and dads are ten-a-penny, but work about new grandparents is a rarity. Cue this understated spot for the Irish meat brand who chart a man's first steps to grandparenthood.

The way he introduces himself to his grandchild is well played, as if he's found his voice all over again. Denny hope this gives other new grandparents much-needed confidence, or at least inspires them to master the art of toasties.


Christie aims for more of the same at his new home: "Missing Link is a company I've followed and admired for some time. They have some of the best storytellers in the business, and with their focus on performance, emotion, and storytelling, it felt like a natural place for me.

"Thankfully Ben and Heather agreed and after meeting them I was delighted to discover that, as well as being very talented, they're also lovely people too." They may well have been tempted to adopt an office mascot thanks to this Cats Protection spot, which shows how the bond between a cat and its owner can never be broken.
