Fans of Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, "the most significant televisual event since Quantum Leap", will be pleased to know that Marenghi (or Moxie Pictures director Matthew Holness) has written a new book.

Due for release on November 10th rather than Halloween ("I had an argument with the editor and things got delayed a bit"), TerrorTome follows such 'classics' as Afterbirth, in which a mutated placenta attacks Bristol, and Crab—a stern warning not to genetically engineer crabs to be as big as men.

Marenghi also directs and lights his own promotional video, where he adds "frightnerman" to his already colourful CV. Good to know that the man who's written more books than he's read is still hard at work in 2022.
