Mum's the word... and the vibe.

Assuming it was their job to change the lyrics to Starship's 'Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now', hats off to creatives Katie Bird and Fong Ong for coming up with a brilliantly comic version that has a mum wishing her fledgling son would fly the nest in this super ad for Westfield. Our only dripe is that there isn't more of it.

Director Arundati Thandur does the rest, using every facet of the execution to land the gags. The casting and the styling is perfect, but it's the sub- karaoke imperfection of the vocal delivery that really elevates this into a highly relatable and funny piece of work. In its own way, it is a perfect celebration of Mother's Day, and must have had many a mum laughing all the way to the advertised shopping centre.
