If Bert and Ernie remade the remake of 'The Wicker Man', it would look a lot like this Uber Eats commercial. Remember when Edward Malus yelled "Not the bees!" in a way that should have earned Nicolas Cage an Academy Award, a Razzie, or both? Poor Bert sounds a lot like Cage's ill-fated policeman as the oblivious Ernie tends to his many, many hives.

Every time director Nick Ball and editor Jeff Buchanan cut back to the orange Muppet, more bees have conspired to make Bert's day even worse. We like to think someone involved in the ad wrote to Bert when they were younger, never got a reply, and now gets to take revenge at long last. If they can sell a product and make the client happy at the same time, even better!

Bert's ordeal is meant to remind viewers that Burt's Bees (as in the natural skincare brand) is available through Uber Eats. Whether Bert and Ernie remain friends after this remains to be seen, but we hope they do—there are still twenty-four more letters of the alphabet to cover.
