In a series of, er, handy commercials for hard seltzer, the delivery of "Truly unruly!" will either drive you to drink in a good way or a bad way. The words are spoken by a disembodied hand that's very insistent about what the cast should drink. The cloud it floats on adds more whimsy to the idea, and softens the whole concept of hard seltzer for those on the fence.
