Swisscom set themselves apart from their competitors with their latest ad campaign. Internet security is something most people know they need, but it’s hardly a purchase that sparks excitement. That’s exactly why the nod to one of the coolest dystopian films of the early 2000s works... even if it's a fairly lo-fi imitation. By leaning into a Matrix-style fight sequence, the campaign transforms a typically dry product into something more memorable. Mona und Mateo's approach is a good reminder that even the most functional offerings can capture an audience with a great creative idea, and director Samuel Morris, working with stunt supervisor Josef Jelinek neatly lands the proposition (and the antagonist).
