When you hear the distinctive guitar sound associated with the kind of hard rock that appeals to nihilistic youngsters, you just know that there's going to be some disturbing and violent imagery in the promo and so it proves in the latest offering from Nuns of the Tundra, which is very much of its genre, and abides by its tropes.

It is, though, leavened by a strand of dark humour that has DAVID asking the key question: haven't we all, at some point, been seduced into joining a cult based around the wearing of ostrich costumes by the temptation of eating a friend?

Okay, perhaps not, but this is the dilemma at the heart of this story, and we're here for. it.
