"Tarot Cards"

8 January 2026

4 mins

Cards on the table.

Unable to ignore the signs of Netflix for much longer, a woman stumbles upon a tarot card reader with an IP-heavy deck. Every time the reader draws a card, the woman's transported to another corner of the Netflix universe. Sometimes it's live action ('Bridgerton', 'Emily in Paris', 'One Piece'), sometimes it's animated ('Devil May Cry’), and sometimes it forces her to learn to walk anew ('Sesame Street').

A four-minute follow-up to 'Your Future Is On Its Way', the ad serves as a full-pelt preview of the 2026 slate. There's a lot to get through, but director Show Yanagisawa gives viewers ample time to make sense of where they are, supported by cameos from the likes of Enola Holmes (Millie Bobby Brown), Emily Cooper (Lily Collins), and Eddie Horniman (Theo James). It's a lot for the lead character to process, however—she may need a lie-down before she gets stuck into any more content.
