Everyone's an expert in this noisy ad for online pharmacy MedExpress. All a woman has to do is type the words 'weight loss' into her phone and the whole damn café's compelled to chip in. From the knitter to the barista to the woman with ADVICE nails, the cast have a lot to say about what the protagonist should do next.

Thanks to quick cuts between her, the nosy patrons, and a cup of tea stirred so hard it would cause Mrs Doyle to faint, the viewer's almost as desperate for calm to break out. That's when another, less strident customer recommends the advertised website, which is keen to start 2026 better than it ended 2025 in the weight loss ad stakes.
