My Regards

To mark the release of 'My Regards' by Maisie Peters, Amelia Dimoldenberg directs her own take on 1992's 'The Bodyguard'. In a welcome change of pace, Peters plays the heavy and Benito Skinner—star and creator of 'Overcompensating' on Prime Video—plays the celebrity pursued by ravenous fans ("Any man or woman who wants him I'll have for breakfast").

Dressed like she'd take a bullet for her client, Peters is a consummate professional throughout… except for when she gets distracted by a dance troupe and lets Skinner get chased down by the star-struck swarm. If this was a zombie flick, he'd be stripped to the bone, but Peters makes sure he lasts the night in Addington Palace.

Dimoldenberg's debut promo proves she's got a real eye for composition, and her rapport with Peters and Skinner is clear for all to see. Forget [Mick] Jagger, by the way—choreographers Charlie Mayhew and Stephanie McMann also ensure the dancers move like Dimoldenberg.
