This commercial for business platform Justworks is busy—the kind that pushes entrepreneurs across the country to the limit day in and day out. The brand’s seen too many small business owners tap out due to the pressures of HR, payroll, compliance, recruitment, et cetera, and it wants to help lighten the load, stat.

Help cannot come soon enough for an architect, a baby food maker, and a bubble tea shop owner who are each under the cosh. To illustrate how gubbed they are, characters are trapped inside laptop screens, control employees through a wonky system of ropes and levers, and clone themselves in a bid to get on top of things. As quirky and fantastical as these shots are, each has a grain of truth to it.

The whole spot flies by in more ways than one, which is important for a target audience that already feels bogged down and time-poor. By the time the architect tastes sweet, sweet freedom on the back of a well-dressed dolphin, viewers have what they need to help restore the balance (or create a balance where there was none before).
