Although you wouldn't necessarily guess it from the recent weather, we have reached the time of year when cider brands use advertising to imply that we are all going to be spending the next few months outdoors. In this smart ad, Inch's not only show us the fun we are going to be having, but place their product at the centre of it all... literally. Directors Daniel Quirke and Sam Gainsborough use a combination of live action and animation to build the action around a full glass of the advertised drink and it's a very effective way of suggesting that it is going to be the drink of the season. Kudos to an understated (and uncredited) voiceover performance which includes the memorable line "from Pip to sip" and binds the whole thing together alongside a perfect soundbed, provided by Ben Leeves of Jungle.
