For all we know, they might also be fans of Bluesky, the social media platform. For now, though, let's assume it means a breezy, upbeat outlook that leads to songs like 'Mary Jane'.

To an indie pop beat that targets your hips and feet, Fox and Verrill deliver happy-go-lucky nuggets like "I've not been this high before/You're so undeniable" and "Meant what I said, when I said you were meant for me/Sure from the start, in the stars, it was clear to see". What 'Mary Jane' lacks in depth it makes up for in guilt-free vibes.

If the song encourages listeners to check inhibitions at the door, the music video urges viewers to get up off the sofa and move it. Luke Farley plays a man who does just that, with geeky, irrepressible dancing meant to catch Poeme Boyer's eye. Only a few feet separate them, but director and editor Harvey Pearson achieves a lot through smart cuts and a sure grasp of the flat party atmosphere.
