Accent on the accent.
It's a curious thing about Americans that they refer to our monarch as the King of England, while referring to our accent as British, when those two things are, in fact, the other way round. But that anomaly was handy for Uncommon when creating this ad as it allowed them to riff on the double meaning of 'British accent' while also reminding us of the name of the advertised airline. The conceit plays out rather charmingly in the hands of director Kyle Jon Shephard who injects both understatement and awkwardness into an exchange that perfectly encapsulates the British sense of self. The casting is excellent too - we can imagine an argument may have been made for a posher voice, but the Estuary accent is just perfect for demonstrating that you don't have to be Hugh Grant to win the admiration of an American... though it doesn't do any harm if you are.
