Zombie
Florence Pugh, last seen as Yelena Belova in 'Thunderbolts*', stars in "a love letter to nurses" from director Charlie Sarsfield and Yungblud. The promo for 'Zombie' revolves around Pugh's overworked and underpaid nurse who must keep it together for her patients. When she does get a moment to herself, it's to decompress just enough to make it through the next task. She's too busy to notice Yungblud and his band perform a track that sounds like catharsis for the man also known as Dominic Harrison. The stars offer no respite ("We could catch a spaceship to the moon/But we'd crash, it wouldn't last"), so finds whatever comfort he can in uncertainty ("Oh, I don't know what house you're now to be/But you'll love every moment, believe me"). Pugh's character, meanwhile, learns what she means to others when a young girl strokes the angel wings on her back. Keen-eyed viewers will spot them in a mirror as the nurse sits in the bath at her lowest ebb. You can see it in Pugh's face, however—her character is down, but not out.
